In the first photo, taken in January 2020, I was a member of a CrossFit gym. I trained there three times a week. I learned a lot about form and got very strong. I lost a few pounds too but my eating habits were rubbish. I ate too little or too much.

The gym started a fitness challenge where we worked with a nutritionist. So I knew I was eating too little and not getting enough protein. I learned a lot there. The March 2020 picture is the result of me doing CrossFit 3 times a week and eating healthy.
I ate a macro-based diet, drank at least 90 ounces of water a day, and ate sweets and other snacks in moderation. I learned not to do “cheat days” or “cheat days” because it taught my brain to overdo it. Instead, I learned to incorporate all foods into my diet in moderation. I have seen significant improvements.
Of course, Covid arrived at the end of March 2020. I stayed active by exercising at home and maintaining healthy eating habits. I continued to lose weight but was saddened to see that I was losing muscle and strength along with the fat. My goal is not to be thin, but to be healthy, fit and fat (lol).
I decided to go to the gym again. I thought about those goals and the things I like. I knew crossfit wasn’t for me (I still do it for a change, but I like lifting weights and seeing my body change more than strength.) I decided to join Planet Fitness in October 2020 and started working out. 4-6 days a week.

I use everything I’ve learned from crossfit, nutrition and fitness gurus on Instagram to plan my daily routine. I started by buying a fitness guide from Guru. I was able to figure out how to schedule my daily workouts with it.
Since then, I have continued to incorporate tips from many IG gurus into my workouts. Now I exercise five days a week and follow a high protein diet.
